Jacob Cohën offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return or exchange your premium denim and apparel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be in their original condition with security tags attached to ensure the integrity of our luxury craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original Jacob Cohën packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity certificates are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
